Chronology

In 2021, GES is celebrating our 15th year of providing geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services. In 2006, GES, then known as LFC, started in Houston with one engineer, three employees and one client. Fifteen years later, our team now numbers over one hundred employees with nine professional engineers. In that time, we have completed over six thousand projects for hundreds of public- and private-sector clients and have increased our geographic reach with laboratories in Fort Worth and San Antonio. A few of the milestones we have achieved and the projects we have completed are detailed on the adjoining 15-year timeline.

2021

We cannot look back on these past 15 years of growth and success without realizing and acknowledging the gratitude we have for our clients. We are thankful for the outstanding relationships we have developed with each of you and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.

We have a consistent and hardworking GES team, and we would like to give a special thanks for their dedication over the years.

As proud as we are of our accomplishments over our first 15 years, we are not done yet! We continue to hold true to our mission and strive daily to provide the highest quality engineering and CMT services in the industry.

Beyond that, our 2021 plans include the addition of offices in Austin and Dallas, and continued reinvestment in company personnel and resources to set the stage for further sustained growth over our next 15 years.

Ken Riner, P.E.
